Sexual Harassment is a problem. We should all stand up to it.

But what if you had to chose between standing up to harassment, and making your wage?

The US federal minimum wage is 7.25£/hour. For waiting staff, the minimum wage is of 2.13$/hour. This means that people doing tipped restaurant work, rely on tips to make their earning.  Over 90% of women working in Restaurant Industry in the United States have faced unwanted sexual advances at their work place. 

This game, called “Faire Wage”, distills the struggle many women face on a daily basis: do they ignore and tolerate the unwanted sexual advances in order to get their tips, especially when it turns into harassment, or do they chose to stand up for themselves, potentially risking their wage.
